The Generations Program

What is Generations?

It is our experience that the two most common reasons why estate plans do not meet the goals and expectations of clients are:

• The plans have not been properly funded (titling of assets), or
• The plans have not been updated and maintained as assets, families and goals change.

Foley & Pearson has developed an estate planning updating and maintenance program for clients who have living trust-based estate plans. We call this program Generations. This program has been so well received by our clients that we have expanded the program to provide our clients with a choice of three levels of service. Clients are charged an annual fee to participate in the Generations program, based on their choice of service level.
